We accept most major insurance plans. Please call ahead to verify your coverage before your first visit — our front desk will confirm your benefits and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
For patients without insurance or those paying out of pocket, our fees are listed above. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. * Note Dr. Bachar does not accept Medicare Advantage Plans. * Dr. Geronimo accepts most Medicare Advantage Plans.
